At Custom Amenities Inc., one of the most common questions we receive is why we choose to show shipping charges separately rather than simply advertising “free shipping.”
The answer is simple:
We believe in transparent pricing.
Shipping carriers charge real freight costs based on:

Rather than quietly increasing the price of every product to bury those transportation costs inside the merchandise, we choose to keep our product pricing competitive and show freight as its own line item.
This allows our customers to:
- see the true cost of the products they are purchasing,

- and avoid paying hidden markups built into every SKU.
Why We Do Not Believe in “Fake Free Shipping”
Many companies advertise free shipping, but in reality the freight cost has simply been folded into the item price.
